St. Paul Small Christian Community (SCC)

About our community

Founded in 2012 as a catechism class and sacramentally initiated in 2013, the community has grown into a spiritual home, a support network, and a beacon of evangelization within the parish.

St. Paul SCC is a vibrant, Christ-centered fellowship within Holy Family Minor Basilica, dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, social, and familial growth of its members. Rooted in the Catholic tradition of Small Christian Communities, it offers a sacred space for believers to gather in homes and hearts, sharing the Word of God, living out the Gospel, and supporting one another in faith and love.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” — Matthew 18:20

Vision

To build a community united in faith, love, and service, where members grow spiritually and support one another as one family in Christ.

“Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.” — 1 Corinthians 12:27

Mission

To nurture spiritual growth through prayer, sacraments, and acts of mercy, while fostering unity and mutual care reflective of Christ’s teachings.

“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together… but encouraging one another.” — Hebrews 10:24–25

Our Objectives

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19
“Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.” — Romans 12:15
