Welcome Note from His Grace
Welcome to the Holy Family Minor Basilica — the Sanctuary of Catholic Worship and the Mother Church of our Archdiocese of Nairobi.
This Minor Basilica stands as a symbol of unity and a source of grace for all the faithful, drawing people into communion with Christ through prayer, worship, and service. As the Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Nairobi, it continues to inspire and guide the People of God towards active participation and a deep sense of mission, in obedience to the Lord’s command: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19–20).
May all who visit this Minor Basilica and those who join us through our online platforms encounter the love of Christ, grow steadfast in faith, and be strengthened for service to the Church and to society.
